Membership is available to all. You do not have to be a Kingston area resident in order to be a member. There are no daily, weekly or monthly memberships. Members can now pay their Club Dues by Credit Card! Click here for more details.

To Become a Member

KESC offers a range of membership options to choose from. Membership requires the payment of a non-refundable $100 Application fee, the purchase of a $300 refundable Membership Certificate (i.e. bond) that is your partial ownership in the swim club, plus the payment of yearly club dues. In order to become a member:

1. Download and read all pages of the 2010 Membership Application Form(,) to understand the range of membership options to choose from.

2. Complete the Membership Application in full and send it with the one hundred dollar ($100.00) application fee check payable to: Kingston Estates Swim Club; P.O. Box 1012; Cherry Hill, NJ 08034

The Application and Membership Certificate fees may be paid in one of three ways:

• $400 in full upon joining: $100 Application Fee plus $300 Membership Certificate

• $250 upon joining: covers $100 Application Fee plus $150 (½ Membership Certificate) for 1st year; the remaining $150 (½ Membership Certificate) is paid in the 2^nd year

• $100 Application Fee upon joining: $150 (½ Membership Certificate) is paid in the 2^nd year and $150 (½ Membership Certificate) is paid in the 3^rd year

NOTE: You can also a) call Kingston Estates membership at 856-429-9641 and leave your name, address and telephone number and an application will be mailed to you, b) stop by the swim club during the summer season, take a tour, and pick-up an application, or c) click More Details button below and send an email message to KESC membership with any questions you may have.

Club Dues, Fees, and Assessments

Club dues, fees, and assessments are established annually in the April timeframe. If you are a member and need to pay your club dues:

1. Download and Print a 2010 Club Dues Form().




2. Read the corresponding Club Dues Definitions() for general information on Club Dues.




3. Fill out the Club Dues Form in full in order to calculate your Club Dues.




4. Paying By Check?

   • Write a check payable to Kingston Estates Swim Club for the amount calculated in your completed Club Dues form.




5. Paying By Credit Card? Since we use PayPal to securely handle your credit card payment, we need to charge a 3% transaction fee to cover our costs for the PayPal transaction.

   • Figure out the amount you owe by multiplying your calculated Club Dues by 1.03 in order to cover the PayPal expense.
     Ex. If your Club Dues are $500, then the amount you owe if you pay via PayPal is $515  (515 = 500 times 1.03).

6. Mail your completed Club Dues form (and check if you're paying by check) to:

   DO NOT FORGET: You must fill out and return your completed Club Dues form even if you paid by Credit Card via PayPal.

NOTE: If you want to minimize the dues impact in April, you can take advantage of the opportunity to spread your payments out over the winter months by downloading the Winter Payment Plan Form(,).

Referral Incentive Plan

Any member family who refers a new family to join the club will receive a cash incentive for every referral based on when the family joins. Referral families will receive $100 for every new family who joins in June, $75 for every new family who joins in July and $50 for every new family who joins in August. The member family must be identified in the Referral section on the Membership Application form or on the initial dues check.

Any member family who refers 3 or more new families will be entered into our Free Membership contest.

Referral Incentive and Contest Rules:

1. New member family must name the existing member in either the memo section of the check or on the application form. No follow up verbal or email correspondence will be counted toward the reward or in the contest. There will be NO exceptions to this rule.

2. Cash rewards will be paid out in Mid-July for rewards through June, Mid-August for rewards through July and Mid-September for rewards through August.

3. The cash incentive is in lieu of any other previous offers. No guest books will be given as incentives.

4. All A, B & C members are eligible for the contest and the incentives.

5. In order to be eligible for the Free Membership, you must bring in minimum of (3) new member families.
